Made for Vegetable Tempura, but this would go well with all sorts of deep fried vegetable snack and also a good alternative to mayonnaise based sauces.
1 cup rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp cilantro, chopped
red pepper flakes to taste
1/2 tsp chopped garlic
salt and pepper to taste
• Pour the rice wine vinegar into a small bowl.
• Add the sugar and stir to dissolve.
• Add cilantro, red pepper flakes and garlic. Mix well.
• Add salt and pepper and let rest for 1 hour.
Serve with vegetable tempura
