• Place eggs in a pot of cold water.
• Add a sprinkling of salt and bring the water to boil.
• As soon as the water boils, cover and remove from heat.
• Let it stand for 15 minutes, no more. Do not lift lid.
• Rinse in cold water (to stop the cooking process)
• Peel under cold water as soon as eggs can be handled.
